Let’s face it, an hour on the elliptical can get pretty boring, and if you’re bored you’re less likely to exercise. Since we all know exercise is a huge part of losing and maintaining weight, we need to avoid the boredom at all costs. Music is a great motivator and really helps make the time fly by. I have my iPod loaded with hours of upbeat music to keep me going while I’m at the gym, and I want to share with you some of the best songs to have on your iPod to keep you motivated during your workouts.
