All You Eat Well, Save Big Cookbook cover

Now that I have little mouths to feed, it has become more important than ever to make sure that we have a wholesome, nutritious meal on the table each night. The nights of takeout in front of the TV are long gone. Because I lack confidence in the kitchen, I’m always looking for easy but good recipes to make for my boys (all three of them). Since we are a single income family who likes to be active, saving money where we can is also very important to us.

I have found a cookbook that is full of great recipes that you don’t have to be a professional chef to make. Oh, and it gets better, ALL the recipes in this book are under $2.50 per serving! ALL YOU magazine has taken all it’s best recipes and put them in one place; the ALL YOU Eat Well, Save Big Cookbook. Each of the 148 recipes inside has a full color picture, which I found very helpful for me to choose what’s for dinner. The ALL YOU cookbook is broken down into 5 sections: Chicken & Turkey, Beef & Lamb, Pork, Fish and Vegetables, so it’s convenient to find what you are looking for. There are also a few tips and hints throughout the book.

I usually make a lot of the recipes in ALL YOU, and now they’re all in one great place.
The only things I really didn’t like about this cookbook is that it’s a paperback and it’s not spiral bound. On the up side, the price is right, for a mere $12 you can have your own copy. If you click on the above cookbook link you can print a $1 off coupon. This book is only sold at Walmart and Walmart.com. A highly recommended book to add to your cookbook collection.

Happy Cooking!
