A Week in Mommyland (Week 1)

The first week of the new year was fast and furious. From getting the Christmas decorations down and away to getting back in my exercise routine, it was a week of transitions.
Tuesday
In that corner was the Christmas tree and now it is gone. I feel a little more relaxed now that everything is put away.
Wednesday
Yoga leaves me feeling centered, relaxed and strong.
Thursday
Once I silence my inner quitter I feel free. Sometimes she needs to be bound, gagged and thrown in a corner though. When I finish my runs I feel accomplished and energized.
Friday
Pizza Friday wouldn’t be complete without a few spoonfuls of whipped cream for dessert.
Saturday
Some people might not agree with our parenting methods but iPads at a restaurant are a great way to have an adult dinner when you can’t get a sitter. Cameron is happily making faces at himself in the camera while the adults enjoyed a Mexican feast.
Sunday
Sunday we woke up to an unexpected dusting of snow. This shot was taken out my window in the morning. I love how we were right on that fog line up on The Hill.
