A Week in Mommyland (Week 2)

Talk about a long week and it’s already time to start a new one. Check out some of the highlights from the second week of 2013.

Monday

I saw a truck like Bill’s out on the road, it even had the same PSU plate on the front. I texted him to see if he was out and about or if someone had stolen his truck. He was kind enough to send me a photo of his truck outside his shop to let me know he was indeed where he was supposed to be.

Tuesday

Just pulling up his pants while waiting for the bus. Both the boys are a few pounds underweight which makes finding them pants that fit in the length and waist pretty difficult.

Wednesday

This week’s spelling test, all ten regular words AND the five challenge words correct. His challenge words were; January, finished, resolution, promise and challenge. He worked hard studying and it paid off.

Thursday

This new Transformer toy was the result of yesterday’s perfect spelling test. He was so excited to get home from school and find it waiting for him. He didn’t even stop to take his jacket and backpack off before he took it out of the box.

Friday

This week Logan really got into doing puzzles. He has gotten really good at the puzzles he’s been doing and he gets so excited every time he completes one.

Saturday

Logan tells me all the time that, “we are best friends” and I never get tired of hearing it. He’s always willing to give me hugs and kisses.

Sunday

Another Sunday with crazy weather. This photo was taken at 4:30 in the afternoon and it was STILL that foggy out. I guess I can’t complain too much since, for January, it was pretty warm. It would have been nice to see the sun and all but it can’t always be sunny.
