Inter-Action

As Cameron was growing up I found it fascinating as he reached every milestone. It was exciting to see how he interacted with other people especially other kids. Now that he has a little brother, the interaction between Cameron and Logan and Logan and Cameron is actually quite amusing.

As one would expect, Cameron doesn’t quite get that Logan is a baby and needs to be handled a little more gently. But what I wasn’t expecting was how Logan would react to his big brother. Logan has no clue that he’s a baby and not a big kid like his brother.

Logan’s latest thing is when he’s standing holding on the the couch and Cameron comes over, he tackles him and licks his head. It is hilarious to see my 21 pound 11 month old tackle and drag my  34 pound 3 and 1/2 year old to the floor. He has no idea that he could hurt himself and laughs hysterically when he finally gets Cameron to the ground. When he’s not tackling Cameron, Logan loves to chase him around the room. Cameron on foot and Logan on all fours, they go round and round in circles.

I can only imagine what these two are going to be doing to each other 2 years from now. No matter if they’re beating the crap out of each other or playing well together, I know they are going to be the best of friends.

Let’s hear your story…How do your “babies” interact with each other? Is your oldest a Mommy’s little helper? Is your youngest a little rebel. Email me at MyLifeInMommyland@me.com with your sibling stories.
